This issue is usually related to browser permissions or camera access. First, ensure your browser has permission to access your camera and microphone. You can check this in your browser settings under Privacy & Security. If permissions are enabled, try refreshing the page or restarting your browser. For Chrome users, make sure you're using HTTPS connection. If the problem persists, try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache.
Our AI coaching system uses advanced natural language processing and computer vision to analyze multiple aspects of your interview performance. It evaluates your speech patterns, tone, pace, body language, facial expressions, and content quality. The system provides real-time feedback on areas like confidence level, clarity of communication, eye contact, and answer relevance. All analysis is processed securely and your data remains private.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. If you cancel during a billing cycle, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account will automatically switch to the free tier, and you'll retain access to basic features and your practice history.
To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure reset link. Check your email (including spam folder) and click the link to create a new password. The reset link expires after 24 hours for security reasons. If you don't receive the email, please contact our support team.
Currently, R1 Interview is optimized for mobile web browsers and provides a seamless experience on smartphones and tablets. Native iOS and Android apps are in development and will be available in Q1 2025. You can add our web app to your home screen for a native-like experience. The mobile version includes all core features including video recording, AI coaching, and progress tracking.
R1 Interview works best on modern browsers including Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your browser for optimal performance. Internet Explorer is not supported. For video recording features, ensure your browser supports WebRTC technology. Mobile browsers on iOS Safari and Android Chrome are fully supported.
